Wood turning has been a hobby and passion of mine since 1992 when I was taught the craft by two ' old timers ' with many years of experience,
I have also spent several years working in the building industry where I have gained a vast knowledge of other materials,

I use a lot of English hardwoods which come from wind blown sources and other genuine reasons for being felled,
as well as other materials such as resins, metals, plastics, slate and stone.
I mostly make wall clocks and mantel clocks but I also do a bit of jewellery and some sculptures too.
My name is 'Bob'... I like the outdoors and natural items, hence the name " Rustic Bob "

Due to an injury and other reasons, I have been unable to produce the items you see on this website over the last several months.
So apologies to anybody who has been wanting to make a purchase from this site.

I am now though currently listing things for sale again *

* There might be times though I am away, or unable to get into the workshop for various reasons.
And therefore unable to fulfil any orders.
And because I do everything myself ( the making, e-mails, wrapping up etc )

The colourful mantel clocks are already available from this site,
and I will be adding the jesmonite, unique and solid wooden mantel clocks to my Etsy store
over the next few days.

The reason for this is the jesmonite, unique and solid wood clocks are all one off's,
and I can only sell them in one place at a time ( to prevent double purchasing )
